Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a return period of 30 days from date of receipt !


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.

To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Certain returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact us for details.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Non defective products

Eligible products may be returned and benefit from a full refund minus return shipping cost.
Special Order items may not be returned. Customized items, pened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
To be eligible, the product must not show any sign of use or wear, and be complete in the original packaging and resalable.
You should also provide proof of purchase.

Defective products

If a product requires servicing or is defective, the customer should contact directly with the manufacturer for support.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
